My intention is to share my experience as honestly as I know how.
My commitment is to transform our current cultural conversation about cancer from one of fear and dread to one that empowers those of us who have cancer, as well as our friends & loved ones.
I had cancer. Cancer didn't have me.
Bert, I'm sorry Friday was rough... and I wait with you for your results... just in case you can't tell, I'm right here...
ReplyDeleteBert,
ReplyDeleteI just spent at least 2 hours flipping through this blog learning a little bit about your journey. Today is our 30th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed tonights dinner with your CD playing in the background. We picked up the CD at John Reilly's benefit. His son Chris works for me and he and my son hung out with each other a few years ago. When John came back from Costa Rica I saw him in my office (and my hot tub)for his 'back pain'. At least I provided him with a good nights sleep after the hot tub. Anyhow, I hope the recent exam provides favorable results and you are able to continue this awesome blog (how did you learn how to do all that????)! As you get healthier, if there is anything I can do as a physical therapist (even if I live in Auburn), please feel free to contact me.
How are you? What are the results?
