How in the heck did you tear that? It sounds painful just in the way it rolls off the tongue.

You mention sitz baths before, and I wasn't sure what it entailed. I googled it and the definition was a bath with water to relieve discomfort from hemorrhoids. Do you use regular water or a special mixture?

i don't know the source of fissures. i don't even know if they're common for gerson patients...
