Those words are music to our ears! Please know again that we continue to keep you in our thoughts and prayers! We are so thankful that amidst all that you were having to deal with that you had safe travel to and from. REST and BEHAVE yourself! I am going to be saying those same words to Jim here real soon! Your sharing has meant so very much to me personally as you helped me to realize how important it is that we really look at life style changes for ourselves. We will really pray that you will be able to continue moving forward 1 minute, then 1 hour, and then 1 day at a time in making these changes for yourself! You are the LEADER and the INSPIRATION here! (now, please don’t think that I am trying to put any pressure on you, as that is not my intention!)
